Helps prevent children from accessing water hazard.  Mounts next to gate or any outside door and utilizes two magnetic contacts to monitor unauthorized passage. Unit provides a delay feature which allows adults to pass through without alarm sounding.  However, if a child opens the gate, the alarm will sound continuously after a 7 second delay.  Even if the the gate is closed again, alarm will sound for 5 minutes before resetting.  Will also alarm continuously if gate is accidentally left open.  Sound will continue until an adult resets the alarm.
